Paresh is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years experience in commercial, legal and technical aspects of construction and engineering projects gained through hands-on experience in project planning and management, cost control and site engineering as well as claims preparation and dispute resolution. He has worked for clients, contractors and consultants, both in the UK and overseas on a range of projects including commercial buildings, infrastructure works, pharma, process plants, power generation and oil & gas. He is well versed with project planning software, including Primavera P6, Power Project and MS Project and has over 15 years' experience undertaking forensic planning work, preparing and rebutting delay and disruption claims as well as acting as an expert on matters of delay and extension of time claims in support of legal proceedings. Paresh is a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is also an RICS Registered Expert Witness.

Wayne heads up the commercial team and deals with construction dispute resolution processes both domestically and internationally for both contractors and client organisations. He is experienced across a wide range of sectors and provides expert evidence and witness evidence on construction and engineering disputes. Wayne has an in depth understanding of contractors claims, having worked as a quantity surveyor for a main contractor. This, combined with his legal and dispute resolution training, enables Wayne to successfully value claims and defences based on personal experience and supplemented by his technical skills.

Kyal leads KPMC's AI and technology division, working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, contract law, and the built environment. With a degree in Philosophy, Logic and the Scientific Method from the London School of Economics, he brings an analytical and interdisciplinary perspective to construction's most persistent challenges. He is the founder of ContractFlow and the builder of ContractGuard, Document Intelligence, and Dispute Adviser: AI tools that are transforming how construction professionals manage contracts, disputes, and project documentation.

Senthil has over 17 years of planning experience in the construction industry having worked on various projects in the UK and India. He is highly experienced in planning, scheduling and project control on large value and complex projects across Aviation, Construction, Telecoms, Pharma, Energy and Infrastructure.

Chock is a civil engineer with 22 years' experience, starting with design, moving to site supervision, and spending the last 10 years in project planning and project management for major civil projects in airports, tunnels and infrastructure. He is a specialist in programme management, data analysis, programme assurance and risk management.

Kaushik is an electrical engineer with expertise in MEP design, installation, coordination and commissioning in the UK and overseas. He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, specialising in risk management, procurement, contract management, and construction management of complex M&E installations.
