Paresh is a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years experience in commercial, legal and technical aspects of construction and engineering projects gained through hands-on experience in project planning and management, cost control and site engineering as well as claims preparation and dispute resolution. He has worked for clients, contractors and consultants, both in the UK and overseas on a range of projects include commercial buildings, infrastructure works, pharma, process plants, power generation and oil & gas.

He is well versed with project planning software, including Primavera P6, Power Project and MS Project and has over 15 years' experience undertaking forensic planning work, preparing and rebutting delay and disruption claims as well as acting as an expert on matters of delay and extension of time claims in support of legal proceedings.

Paresh is a member of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is also an RICS Registered Expert Witness.
